The Culinary Philosophy
Rooted in Sonoma,Inspired by South America
The tasting menu is rooted in the bounty of Northern California: produce from nearby farms, fish and shellfish from the coast, and the seasonal rhythm of the Russian River Valley. Every course begins with the ingredient and the producer behind it.
Onto that foundation, the chefs bring the flavors of their own journeys — Argentine fire and asado tradition, Brazilian technique and warmth. The result is a California tasting menu with a distinct point of view: seasonality, fire, and the people behind every ingredient.
Prefer a shorter evening? Our bar tasting menu, served in the lounge at $90 per guest, offers a condensed journey through the same kitchen. See the full menus for details.
