Juliana Thorpe
Born in São Paulo to a Brazilian mother and British father, Juliana's culinary journey began in her grandmother's kitchen, where she learned that food is the universal language of love and gathering.
After training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and honing her craft in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Juliana found her calling in California's farm-to-fork movement. Her cooking celebrates bold, layered flavors while respecting the integrity of each ingredient.
At The Lodge, she brings a warmth and creativity that transforms every meal into an experience—rooted in tradition yet fearlessly innovative.

Ignacio Zuzulich
Raised in the wine country of Mendoza, Argentina, Ignacio grew up surrounded by the rhythms of harvest and the traditions of asado. His grandfather, a fourth-generation winemaker, instilled in him a deep respect for terroir and the art of transformation.
His career has taken him from the parrillas of Buenos Aires to award-winning restaurants in Barcelona and San Francisco. Ignacio's mastery of fire and smoke brings a primal elegance to The Lodge's menu, where open-flame cooking meets California sophistication.
Together with Juliana, he has created a kitchen culture built on collaboration, sustainability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
